ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
IJF Select is a 12-week intense football training programme designed focusing on our advanced squad kids to get trained at high level performance with our expert training faculties. The programme will be split into four-week modules to cover the different aspect of the game

ABOUT NAD AL SHEBA COMPLEX
Nad Al Sheba (NAS) has become known as the best facility in the Middle East, and has played host to the likes of Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid recently.
With state of the art facilities, it is the ideal setting for high level coaching and training. Two perfectly maintained pitches, as well as gyms with the newest equipment available and an indoor futsal arena which plays host to the biggest futsal tournament in the Middle East make it an unrivalled venue.
Usually reserved solely for elite professional club teams, players and international sides, IJF is privileged to have access to the venue to run its youth programme.
OUR COACHING TEAM
Chris Brown has over 11 years of experience working in UAE youth football, after playing professionally in England for Crewe Alexandra.
With Chris’s experience, passion and technical knowledge in the field of youth football, event and training camp organization, It’s Just Football is on a successful path under his leadership.
Coaching Qualifications: UEFA A License
Sean O’Shea is currently Head of Football Operations at Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex and has vast experience of coaching in the professional game, having played and coached for Huddersfield Town himself.
Sean also holds a UEFA ‘A’ License, as well as a previous term at Al Ahli. He has quickly become known as the go-to man for professional players visiting the UAE.
Coaching Qualifications: UEFA A License, FA Youth Award
Lee Mannion spent 7 years at Manchester City with the academy and community, as well as having a brief spell with Blackburn Rovers, before returning to the UAE.
One of the youngest coaches to receive the UEFA ‘B’ License, he also played for Crewe Alexandra’s academy, bringing quality to the ever-growing and improving coaching staff at IJF.
Coaching Qualifications: UEFA ‘B’ License, FA Youth Award
Ben Smith began his career as a goalkeeper for Newcastle United, before moving on to the likes of Middlesbrough and Leeds United.
His experience in the professional game included promotions from both the English Football League One and Two and set him in great stead going into his coaching career. Ben will be leading the goalkeepers throughout the program, passing on information he picked up playing through the different levels of English football.
Coaching Qualifications: UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License, FA Level 2
Karim Tayara comes to us following a spell at West Ham United’s academy. He had a key role in physical performance analysis with the club’s Under 23 and women’s sides, focusing on analysing players’ GPS data.
He is also currently working with the UAE FA as a technical analyst for the country’s youth teams from under 14 to under 23 and holds a First Class degree in Sports and exercise Science from Brunel University.
Coaching Qualifications: FA Level 2, FA Youth Award
Payments can be made monthly at 1,400aed due on the first of each of the three months of each training block.
This can be arranged with nine post dated checks or nine standing orders on the 3rd of each month, beginning in October.

WHAT WE OFFER
Personalised Gym Program
Four scholarships are available for each age group (squad of 22).
Two of these will be full scholarships, where players will train and play for free.
Two others will be 50% scholarships, where players are required to pay half the amount of total fees.
Scholarships will be granted to players solely based on ability and at the discretion of the coaching staff.
